Visiting Us

Where are your showrooms, can I come and visit? 

We would like to welcome you to our showroom by appointment only.  Please call, or send an email to make an appointment. 

Can I reserve items? 

You will need time to be sure the items you want in your home or garden will work well. We are happy to reserve an item for 24 hours while you measure and consider if it is right for you. 

Can I return an item? 

We want you to be satisfied with your purchases, so we will accept returns if you let us know by email, or telephone call within 48 hours of purchasing. In exceptional circumstances we will accept returns after the item/s have been delivered. The cost of return delivery is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

How can I pay for my purchases? 

You can pay for your purchases online. Once you progress to ‘Check Out’ you can pay with a credit or debit card. 

We also accept cheques, or wire transfer, contact us and we will make this happen.  Payment must be received within 7 days of sale. 

Storage and Delivery

How long can I store my item with you? 

We can store your item for seven days, unless other arrangements have been agreed.  After seven days, a storage fee will apply for larger items. 

Shipping and Delivery

Campagna Collections offers fine quality art and antiques, most of which are fragile and require specialist packing.  We will ensure your items are delivered safely to anywhere in the world using experienced insured packers and shippers.  Shipping charges:
